The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing us with invaluable ticket assistance and tips for our guided visit to the fascinating caves of Matera. Every morning started pleasantly with a delightful buffet breakfast, where I particularly relished the traditional bread, local pastries, and a wonderful cappuccino that warmed me from the chilly air. The rooms were a cozy retreat, complete with private bathrooms featuring modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay.
