Nestled in a tranquil residential area, it's an ideal base for those, like myself, traveling by car to explore both local landmarks and the enchanting valley views. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing us with invaluable ticket assistance and tips for our guided visit to the fascinating caves of Matera. Every morning started pleasantly with a delightful buffet breakfast, where I particularly relished the traditional bread, local pastries, and a wonderful cappuccino that warmed me from the chilly air. The rooms were a cozy retreat, complete with private bathrooms featuring modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. For any traveler seeking a comforting blend of hospitality and strategic access to Southern Italy's natural beauty, B&B La Rosa Dei Venti is a gem I wholeheartedly recommend.
